My name is Laura Kier, and I am a Cisco networking instructor and academy support center advisor at Spokane Community College. Starting January 4, I will also be filling in for Echo Rantanen while she takes a one-year unpaid leave to join the Cisco Technical Advocacy team as an Associate Technical Manager for the US and Canada. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Echo for the last few years both as an instructor and more recently as an academy success lead and support advisor as we began Academy Evolution. I had the opportunity to meet many of you during the Northwest Cisco Networking Academy Conferences at Spokane Community College and I’ve also talked with you by email and phone during the past year as we began the process of implementing the changes in how we provide and receive support and training... I look forward to meeting and working with more of you as we move forward!
