What is Academy Evolution
Cisco Networking Academy is evolving to better meet the changing needs of students and instructors.
Over the coming year you'll experience changes related to processes such as the way in which you get support today. You'll also experience gradual changes to your online experience in Academy Connection. Although the process and the technology changes will happen at different times, together they make up Academy Evolution.
Annual Membership for $250
Clark College Academy Support Center charges our member academies a $500 fee for the first year of affiliation with us, and if your academy has no actionable support needs during the year we credit your academy back $250 towards the next years fees. Each and every year.
UPDATE/CHANGES to Cisco Network Academy
NEWS FLASH - IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
All Cisco Academies are required to align with an Academy Support Center (ASC). Academies are free to choose and to change Support Center alignment if they elect to do so. Cisco Academies will select Instructor Training Centers as needed to provide training to their instructors.
Clark College would like to be your Academy Support and Training Center. We look forward to discussing with you further how together we can help make your training/academic program(s) thrive! Please review our Affiliation Agreement for more information on partnering with us.

Many of our colleagues year after year express how vitally important this conference is to them. Now entering our fifth year we hope to provide you with the best one yet.
We have worked hard to keep the costs stripped way down and still pull off a full-pistol conference jam packed with 5 breakout sessions, 3 keynote and event speakers, and our social reception event.
There have been a lot of changes this past year and we have a lot to talk about. Some exciting new directions and technologies to explore. And as always new friends and contacts to make within our Northwest instructor community.
By registering early you help us save money. We can purchase earlier and have a better idea of our attendance.
Conference Highlights:
- Keynote speaker Joni Blakeslee of Cisco Systems lays out can't miss details of the new academy Evolution
- Five 90-minute breakout sessions ( more then a dozen topics to choose from)
- Two event speakers from major employers discuss the tech industry today
- Breakfast, Lunch, and afternoon snacks provided both days
- Reception event (just appetizers and beverages, but so much food you could skip dinner)
- T-shirt to commemorate the conference (show that you belong to the community of Northwest Cisco educators)
- All session and conference materials provided
- Priceless!! An opportunity to learn with and from your colleagues who teach Cisco
- A chance to speak frankly with Cisco about how they are doing and what could be better
- Vancouver Washington (and adjoining Portland Oregon) is an interesting and fun destination
We are working now on finalizing all the breakout session speakers and topics and by February 15th we should have the ability for you to sign-up for those you are most interested in attending.
